Website purchases

The Mac license and Learnfold AI bought on this website are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

• Mac license: you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
• Learnfold AI: you can get a full refund of your first monthly payment within 14 days of that payment, for any reason. After that, cancel at any time to stop future renewals; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt email, use paddle.net to find your order, or email support@learnfold.app with your order number or the email address you paid with. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method.

A refunded Mac license stops working, and a refunded Learnfold AI subscription ends its AI access. Your saved lessons stay readable.

App Store purchases

Apple handles payments and refunds for purchases made in the App Store, including subscriptions bought in the iPhone app and the Mac App Store version. To ask Apple for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
